Selection of a Logistics Operator for a Retail Company as Part of Supporting the Company's Expansion Strategy
Purpose: The purpose of this article is to present the application of the Bellinger method in selecting a logistics operator for a retail company planning to expand its point-of-sale network. The goal is to identify an efficient and reliable logistics operator to support the company's growth by optimizing logistics services. Design/Methodology/Approach: The study begins with a literature review and a detailed explanation of the methodology, focusing on the Bellinger method.
